Our goal is to get your products to you efficiently and safely.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • East Malaysia: Please expect delivery within 7 to 10 working days.
    • West Malaysia: Deliveries may take a few additional days beyond the East Malaysia estimates.
    • Important Note: While we strive for timely deliveries, the exact delivery time is dependent on the courier service. We are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates.
  • Shipping Restrictions:
    • Due to logistics and safety regulations, engine oils and car/motorbike batteries cannot be shipped to West Malaysia.
    • If you are in West Malaysia and wish to purchase these items, please contact us directly prior to placing your order to discuss potential special arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order without any charge within 48 hours (or 2 days) after order placement, provided that we have not yet shipped your item(s).

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy carefully. Please note: Not all items are eligible for return and refund.

  • Eligibility for Refund:
    • All refund requests must be accompanied by the original receipt.
    • The goods and their original packaging must be returned in the exact condition as received.
    • Refund requests will be rejected if the goods have been used, damaged, altered, or are not in their original, resalable condition.
  • Return Shipping:
    • The customer is responsible for all shipment fees associated with returning the goods for a refund.
  • Refund Processing:
    • Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the customer within three (3) working days after we have received and thoroughly inspected the returned goods.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you find a product unsuitable, you may request a return for exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Return & Exchange:
    • The request must be accompanied by the original receipt.
    • The goods and their original packaging must be returned in the exact condition as received (unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition).
    • We reserve the right to reject exchanges if the product shows signs of use, damage, or is not in its original state.
  • Return Shipping for Exchange:
    • The customer is responsible for all shipment fees associated with returning the goods for an exchange.
  • Price Adjustments for Exchange:
    • If the price of the new item selected for exchange is higher than the original item, the customer is required to pay the difference in price before the new item is shipped.
  • Shipping of Swapped Item(s):
    • The exchanged item(s) will be shipped out with complimentary postage. This complimentary shipping applies only to the first exchange for a given order.
