Before use, surfaces which have to be treated with this product must be thoroughly cleaned and rust must be removed by sanding the substrate. The surfaces must be dry and free of wax, grease, dirt and extensively free of dust.

Then, shake this product vigorously. This product can be applied using the UBS spray gun, Part no. 6219 or the pressure-feed spray gun, Part no. 6220 with an operating pressure of 2 - 8 bar depending on the spray pattern desired. Spray thinly at a distance of about 20 - 30cm from the surface using a cross spraying pattern to avoid spray shadowing. The resistance to abrasion and corrosion increases with increasing coating thickness so the spraying process should be repeated once or twice after a short flash-off period.

We recommend applying thin coats. Depending on the desired layer thickness, intermediate drying should be carried out after each layer.

NOTE: Do not leave containers open during or after use!

This product can be used for the coating of bare and painted surfaces, predominantly for vehicle underbodies and repairing or supplementing existing PVC or rubber/resin-based coatings. Yes, this product can be painted over after approximately 60 – 90 minutes (depending on film thickness, temperature and humidity). Most of the usual water and solvent-based 2C paints and base coats can be used to paint over. When using a 2C paint, we recommend using a coat of plastic primer first and painting over this coat after it is completely dry, as recommended by most paint manufacturers.
