First, disconnect the electrical connection of the air flow sensor and then remove the air flow sensor. Next, spray this product generously onto the dirty components such as the hot wire or hot plate on the air flow sensor and allow the dirt to drip off. Do not touch the sensitive components of the sensor during dismantling, cleaning or installation. Allow the solvent to dry completely before lastly installing the air flow sensor.
NOTE: Before using on plastics that are sensitive to solvents, especially on mechanically-loaded parts, test for compatibility by spraying a small amount.
